Please note, there is no minimum order value; however, a minimum delivery cost of £2 applies to each order. All our delivery times are approximate, not guaranteed. We will always do our best to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, but in the unlikely event of a technical breakdown, delivery strikes, or any other factors that are outside our control, your order may be delayed.

If you purchase multiple products in one order, you will only be charged once for delivery. The amount that would be charged is the most expensive delivery option for the products in your basket. So, if you buy less than 100 prints (£2.00 P&P) with a gift (£4.00 P&P), you will be charged £4.00 for postage and packaging in total. If you bought two gifts, you would still only be charged £4.00 for postage and packaging.
Some products take longer than others, so we have given the estimated timings above. 'Working days' are counted as Monday - Friday for production (not including bank holidays) so if you order on the weekend, the first 'working day' is Monday. We may deliver on Saturdays though! Please note, all our delivery times are approximate, not guaranteed, but we always do our best to deliver as quickly as possible!
When you place an order or set up an account with us, you choose an email address for us to communicate with you on. First, we'll email a summary of your order when you place it. Then, we'll also email when each part of your order has been dispatched and is on its way, so you'll always be up-to-date!
We currently only offer one delivery address per order. If you would like certain products sent to different addresses, they would need to be placed in separate orders so that different addresses can be added at the checkout. Please note, we currently deliver to UK addresses only.
We do not have the 'collect in store' option available at the moment. The products and services available on this website are for home delivery only. All orders will be delivered to your choice of UK address, in a similar timeframe. The good news is, we don't mind if you're in your pyjamas when we deliver!
This can be done quickly and easily in your account settings. Make sure you are logged in, then visit the My Details section of your account. Here you can change your name, telephone number and email as well as delivery address. You must keep this up-to-date, so we always deliver to the correct address!
